Investment company Star Invest Imobiliare completes €19 million acquisition of an office building on Polonă Street in Bucharest

Star Invest Imobiliare (REIT) informed the capital market on Thursday that it had completed the acquisition of a premium office building located on Polonă Street in Bucharest, marking the first income-generating property in the company’s investment portfolio. The transaction, completed on July 30, 2026, is valued at approximately €19 million and is expected to generate an investment yield of around 11%, according to a report filed with the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB).
